Fabric Bird Wall Art

I saw this post at “Like the Rain” and I had to make it! I wanted it for Valentine’s Day so I put all my cute red/pink fabrics to use. I love it – it makes me happy to look at it! Did you know I love fabric!!
I bought my frame at the GW (of course). Isn’t it a lovely picture! I dismantled it then roughed up all the edges. I tied some picture hanging wire in it and then hung the birds.
I cut the birds out of a cereal box and glued the fabric.

  1. What a beautiful and uplifting DIY! I love how the fabric birds bring a sense of lightness and charm to a room—each one feels like it’s ready to take flight. Your choice of soft patterns and gentle colors creates a lovely focal point that’s both playful and serene.
This same artistry and attention to detail reminds me of thoughtful clothing design. A curated outfit—such as a
three piece suit for women—can bring elegance, confidence, and refined structure to our day in much the same way your birds transform a space.
Thank you for sharing such an inspiring idea—your creativity really soars!
